Home Learning  Online

We have provided links online resources that meet our curriculum.

There is a wide range so that you can find the ones that support your child and family.

We have avoided those that require printing as we are aware that most of us do not have printing facilities.

At the bottom of this page we have included the Government's elearning ideas ( published on 7th April) many of these have already been identified on our page as those that are relevant to infant children.

At the bottom of this page we have included the Government's esafety guidance (published on 31st March ).

Please have a regard to Esafety, particularly in relation to resources that are live or from user generated sites such as youtube, facebook  and instagram. We strongly recommend that you view these sites with your child.

Please be aware that these external links may have been updated since we visited them, please have a regard to esafety when visiting them. We strongly recommend that you view these sites with your child.

On 31st March the Government published the following E safety advice for parents as part of their general infomation booklet for parents

7.3 Where can I go to get support to help keep my child safe online?

There is a lot of support available to keep your child safe online. Below are some useful links to help parents and carers:

  • Thinkyouknow (advice from the National Crime Agency to stay safe online)
  • Internet matters (support for parents and carers to keep their children safe online)
  • Parent info (support for parents and carers to keep their children safe online)
  • LGfL (support for parents and carers to keep their children safe online)
  • Net-aware (support for parents and carers from the NSPCC)
On 7th April the Government published the following advice for parents as part of their general infomation booklet for parents

7.1 What support is available to parents to help them educate their children at home?

For support you should first contact your child’s educational setting, who will be able to offer advice.

We want to support parents and all educational settings to ensure children and young people’s education can continue. Available support includes:

  • list of online educational resources which have been identified by some of the country’s leading educational experts to help pupils to learn at home

  • the BBC is enhancing its education provision to include daily lessons starting from 20 April 2020
